Lars Remodeling & DesignDetails, details, details! This traditional kitchen remodel is full of them! Though soft and neutral, the use of dark cabinetry in unexpected places lends warmth and depth to the space. Our eyes are drawn to the custom hood and rich island cabinetry. The corners of these cabinets have a beautifully carved post detailing. The pendant lights add the perfect touch of glam, creating a sparkle when lit that highlights the hint of color in the mosaic design of the backsplash. What do you think of this design?
Cabinet-S-TopIn this kitchen renovation, we installed Waypoint Living Spaces full overlay 720F Cherry Chocolate Glaze cabinets on the perimeter and island with roll out trays for pots and pan and tilt out trays accented with Top Knobs Griggs 5 1/16 inch pulls and Hollow Round 1 3/16 knobs. On the countertop, 3cm Giallo ornamental granite was installed. Linear Glass/Stone/Metal tile was installed on the backsplash. A Blanco 1 ¾ Diamond Silgranite Metallic gray undermount sink and Moen Arbor single handled spot resistant stainless faucet. 2 Monroe Mini Pendant lights over the island and a Monroe 5 Light Chandelier in brushed nickel over the table were installed.
Norfolk Kitchen & BathThis kitchen was designed by Kathryn in our Braintree showroom. This beautiful kitchen remodel features Showplace raised-panel cabinets with a gray paint, gorgeous Cambria quartz countertops with a pencil edge and full height backsplash, Berenson hardware, and Sub-Zero appliances. Unique features in this kitchen include an extra large island, finished paneling on all visible ends, including the fridge, dishwasher, trash compactor, and ice maker, as well as a custom bench attached to the island with extra storage drawers.

Tami Smight InteriorsTight space in this greenhouse window, so we chose a large patterned linen for a short non-functional valance. This frames the window nicely without obstructing the view of the garden.
Glenbrook RemodelingThe kitchen, butler’s pantry, and laundry room uses Arbor Mills cabinetry and quartz counter tops. Wide plank flooring is installed to bring in an early world feel. Encaustic tiles and black iron hardware were used throughout. The butler’s pantry has polished brass latches and cup pulls which shine brightly on black painted cabinets. Across from the laundry room the fully custom mudroom wall was built around a salvaged 4” thick seat stained to match the laundry room cabinets.

Do not be deceived by the thin wires; we use taut, aircraft-strength cables that keep the chandelier stable in virtually any weather condition. Dropout Cabinet Fixtures LLCThis Spice Rack/Storage System is accessed by an out and downward motion, making the unreachable, reachable. This 4" filler cabinet comes down to counter top level making even the top area, convenient and easily accessible. The contents in this photo shows one of optional 32 pod K-Cup Rack (2racks possible per unit) that takes the place of 3 shelves. The remaining 3 shelves hold standard spice bottles. This Spice Rack/Storage System is a right-facing unit. Left facing units are also available.

S Interior DesignThe kitchen was stuck in the 1980s with builder stock grade cabinets. It did not have enough space for two cooks to work together comfortably, or to entertain large groups of friends and family. The lighting and wall colors were also dated and made the small kitchen feel even smaller.
By removing some walls between the kitchen and dining room, relocating a pantry closet,, and extending the kitchen footprint into a tiny home office on one end where the new spacious pantry and a built-in desk now reside, and about 4 feet into the family room to accommodate two beverage refrigerators and glass front cabinetry to be used as a bar serving space, the client now has the kitchen they have been dreaming about for years.
