House conversion of an unused basement
Previously an unused basement, now converted into a separate basement flat to be sold on.
Starting from a stone shell, Orocco brought in electricity, water, gas and waste services into the property from the mains.
In order to create additional rooms, load bearing walls were removed, with steel beams being installed.
Many of the building’s period features were retained, including the basement’s feature fireplace.
