The Kelso's Porch is a stunning outdoor space designed for comfort and entertainment. It features a beautiful brick fireplace surround, creating a cozy atmosphere and a focal point for gatherings. Ceiling heaters are installed to ensure warmth during cooler days or evenings, allowing the porch to be enjoyed throughout the year. The porch is covered, providing protection from the elements and allowing for outdoor enjoyment even during inclement weather. An outdoor covered living space offers additional seating and lounging areas, perfect for relaxing or hosting guests. The porch is equipped with outdoor kitchen appliances, allowing for convenient outdoor cooking and entertaining. A round chandelier adds a touch of elegance and provides ambient lighting. Skylights bring in natural light and create an airy and bright atmosphere. The porch is furnished with comfortable wicker furniture, providing a cozy and stylish seating arrangement. The Kelso's Porch is a perfect retreat for enjoying the outdoors in comfort and style, whether it's for relaxing by the fireplace, cooking and dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the company of family and friends.

This transitional timber frame home features a wrap-around porch designed to take advantage of its lakeside setting and mountain views. Natural stone, including river rock, granite and Tennessee field stone, is combined with wavy edge siding and a cedar shingle roof to marry the exterior of the home with it surroundings. Casually elegant interiors flow into generous outdoor living spaces that highlight natural materials and create a connection between the indoors and outdoors.

This 3-Season Room addition to my client's house is the perfect extension of their interior. A fresh and bright palette brings the outside in, giving this family of 4 a space they can relax in after a day at the pool, or gather with friends for a cocktail in front of the fireplace.
And no! Your eyes are not deceiving you, we did seaglass fabric on the upholstery for a fun pop of color! The warm gray floors, white walls, and white washed fireplace is a great neutral base to design around, but desperately calls for a little color.

This screened porch brings indoor elegance outside, with a flat screen TV, (not shown), the casual seating area and an additional dining option - the perfect breakfast spot. This area leads out to the sun deck, pool , jacuzzi. Let the sunshine in!!

These Greystone residents had a very nice, conventional brick and tile deck. This wasn’t so much a case of replacing an old, rickety structure, but more so an opportunity for the family to get more use of the space. We designed and built a cedar screened porch right on top of their existing deck. The porch is cedar-framed with custom trim, which conforms to the archway design in the patio below. We kept the existing spiral staircase that leads between the new porch and the ground level outdoor amenities, but we added cedar railing framing with aluminum balusters around the screened porch area. This enclosed screen porch area will give the homeowners and their guests a new way to enjoy time in both outdoor areas, as both spaces will complement the use of the other.

This three seasons room is ideal for relaxation with loads of natural lighting from the wall of large windows, completed by an indoor grill, a small bar and bonus sink, and a beautiful red tile accent wall.

Large porches run the length of the front and rear of the home. Comfortable outdoor seating provides a great spot for arriving guests or children returning from school.
