Design by UBERA full renovation of a dated but expansive family home, including bespoke staircase repositioning, entertainment living and bar, updated pool and spa facilities and surroundings and a repositioning and execution of a new sunken dining room to accommodate a formal sitting room.
Impeccable by Meredith ParkThe transformation of this living room began with wallpaper and ended with new custom furniture. We added a media builtin cabinet with loads of storage and designed it to look like a beautiful piece of furniture. Custom swivel chairs each got a leather ottoman and a cozy loveseat and sofa with coffee table and stunning end tables rounded off the seating area. The writing desk in the space added a work zone. Final touches included custom drapery, lighting and artwork.
KK Design ConceptsThis San Juan Capistrano family room has a relaxed and eclectic feel - achieved by the combination of smooth lacquered cabinets with textural elements like a reclaimed wood mantel, grasscloth wall paper, and dimensional tile surrounding the fireplace. The orange velvet sofa adds a splash of color in this otherwise monochromatic room.

Julia Chasman DesignAn unused Dining space was converted into a Family Room that converts to a Guest Room by drawing the double-sided curtains to close the space off.
Hanford Cabinet & Woodworking, Inc.The goal of this design was to upgrade the function and style of the kitchen and integrate with the family room space in a dramatic way. Columns and wainscot paneling trail from the kitchen to envelope the family area and allow this open space to function cohesively.

Studio CatoirLe film culte de 1955 avec Cary Grant et Grace Kelly "To Catch a Thief" a été l'une des principales source d'inspiration pour la conception de cet appartement glamour en duplex près de Milan. Le Studio Catoir a eu carte blanche pour la conception et l'esthétique de l'appartement. Tous les meubles, qu'ils soient amovibles ou intégrés, sont signés Studio Catoir, la plupart sur mesure, de même que les cheminées, la menuiserie, les poignées de porte et les tapis. Un appartement plein de caractère et de personnalité, avec des touches ludiques et des influences rétro dans certaines parties de l'appartement.

The accessories used to decorate the shelves are mostly from the homeowners own stock thus making it more personal.

Cour Interior DesignThis games room is a Liverpool FC / F1 fan's dream. With state of the art sound systems, lighting and smart TV it's invigorated refurbishment is set off to full effect.
Sometimes even the simplest of tasks can bring about unexpected hurdles and getting the lighting accurately spaced proved a challenge in this basement conversion ... but with clever staff we got there. Coved uplighting in a soft white adds warmth to the optical allusion of greater height and the Zoffany textured wallpaper gives a 3 dimensional luxury mount for the owners' extensive memorabilia.
A bespoke external door allows light to flood in, and the designer carpet, traced and imported from Holland, via Denmark thanks to Global Flooring Studio, gives a great sense of the industrial when next to the steal framed staircase (more of that soon).
Pierre Jean-Baptiste InteriorsThis lower level space was inspired by Film director, write producer, Quentin Tarantino. Starting with the acoustical panels disguised as posters, with films by Tarantino himself. We included a sepia color tone over the original poster art and used this as a color palate them for the entire common area of this lower level. New premium textured carpeting covers most of the floor, and on the ceiling, we added LED lighting, Madagascar ebony beams, and a two-tone ceiling paint by Sherwin Williams. The media stand houses most of the AV equipment and the remaining is integrated into the walls using architectural speakers to comprise this 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos Setup. We included this custom sectional with performance velvet fabric, as well as a new table and leather chairs for family game night. The XL metal prints near the new regulation pool table creates an irresistible ambiance, also to the neighboring reclaimed wood dart board area. The bathroom design include new marble tile flooring and a premium frameless shower glass. The luxury chevron wallpaper gives this space a kiss of sophistication. Finalizing this lounge we included a gym with rubber flooring, fitness rack, row machine as well as custom mural which infuses visual fuel to the owner’s workout. The Everlast speedbag is positioned in the perfect place for those late night or early morning cardio workouts. Lastly, we included Polk Audio architectural ceiling speakers meshed with an SVS micros 3000, 800-Watt subwoofer.
Sara MoseleA 2000 sq. ft. family home for four in the well-known Chelsea gallery district. This loft was developed through the renovation of two apartments and developed to be a more open space. Besides its interiors, the home’s star quality is its ability to capture light thanks to its oversized windows, soaring 11ft ceilings, and whitewash wood floors. To complement the lighting from the outside, the inside contains Flos and a Patricia Urquiola chandelier. The apartment’s unique detail is its media room or “treehouse” that towers over the entrance and the perfect place for kids to play and entertain guests—done in an American industrial chic style.
