Utility bathroom off rear hallway and entrance with soapstone countertop and sink, custom cabinets built by Donelan Contracting, slate tile floor, and limestone tile shower floor lined with copper pan and central drain. The project was the full renovation of the main house, with an addition adding 50% more space, and a barn/2 car garage.
