Forest Hill Residences
Our firm has been retained to design a number of homes in one of Toronto’s most established neighbourhoods. The homes are close to the heart of downtown. The existing and new homes are built in the Georgian and Victorian styles. Limestone detailing is a tradition that continues to be the signature element of the Forest Hills home.
The exclusive neighbourhood is densely built and has high traffic volume. We enveloped the homes with stone terraces and green gardens to create an oasis in a busy urban setting. At the same time we were striving to create a maintenance free property.
The designs we created combine the traditional design elements and the most modern construction techniques. Cut stone, carved wood front doors and brick detailing provide dramatic curb appeal. Manicured perennial gardens, in ground pools and oversized decks create a relaxing backyard oasis. The construction of the homes combines historic charm and extensive quality conveniences.
All homes feature a space efficient central hall plan. All homes feature a finished lower level, gourmet kitchen and upscale bathrooms. Additional ceiling height was carved into the roof structure wherever possible.
