Because of humidity and temperature change as well as atypical layout and detailing, the right choice of materials was crucial.
We have decided to use varnished polyurethane-based stucco for the floor and for the areas that are in direct contact with water.
Expressive decor and colour of the orange stucco are balanced by the clean whiteness of sanitary ware, tiled walls and painted ceiling.
Finally, when the rays of light enter through the window, the whole space comes to life.

C'était possible, on a poussé les murs en "grignotant" sur la colonne d'air de la maison, pour gagner en circulation. Nous avons également inversé le sens de la baignoire. Puis, quelques coups de peinture, de la poudre de perlimpinpin et hop ! le résultat est canon !

Nous avons choisi rapidement le sol et la faïence murale. La couleur terracotta, très marquée a été plus longue a confirmer car il fallait oser ce choix de caractère.
Afin de ne pas surcharger un espace ou les matériaux sont déjà très présents, nous avons validé de prendre des robinetteries noires et un meuble très simple pour venir équilibrer les choix.

Perfect Match HomesThis project was such a fun project, the owners were open to color, this was one of the ensuite bathrooms where we used the strong orange color and then downplayed it in the bedroom for a soothing relaxing feel

The dynamic color palette brings the room to life! Tile floor is embellished with a decorative metal leaf pattern inlay. The decorative metal also graces the custom tile backsplash.
