Fairwinds Residence
This client purchased a home with stellar ocean views and renovated room by room over a period of a few years in a comfortable yet traditional style that reflects their European heritage and elegant taste.
The original living room floor was a wall to wall cream colour carpet which they upgraded in rich dark jatoba hardwood. We chose new fabrics for re-upholstering the owners' button tufted loveseats and chairs, as they are very comfortable with high quality hardwood frames in suitable sizes and style for the room and their other existing furnishings.
Over their new windows and doors we added luxurious silk goblet pleated flannel interlined floor length drapes, with regal tassel tiebacks, installed on fluted hardwood traverse rods stained to match the existing exquisite wood paneling.
