Extension to create new Kitchen-Dining space, and new utility room

This 4-bed family home had a kitchen separate to the dining room, inadequate space for a client with a passion for cooking and entertaining. The dining room s now used as a music room for teaching so a small extension and conversion of one of the garages enabled the news space to be created.
