Five SextillionThe brief was to create a Classic Contemporary Ensuite and Principle bedroom which would be home to a number of Antique furniture items, a traditional fireplace and Classical artwork.
We created key zones within the bathroom to make sufficient use of the large space; providing a large walk-in wet-floor shower, a concealed WC area, a free-standing bath as the central focus in symmetry with his and hers free-standing basins.
We ensured a more than adequate level of storage through the vanity unit, 2 bespoke cabinets next to the window and above the toilet cistern as well as plenty of ledge spaces to rest decorative objects and bottles.
We provided a number of task, accent and ambient lighting solutions whilst also ensuring the natural lighting reaches as much of the room as possible through our design.
Our installation detailing was delivered to a very high level to compliment the level of product and design requirements.
Simpson & VoyleThis beautiful principle suite is like a beautiful retreat from the world. Created to exaggerate a sense of calm and beauty. The tiles look like wood to give a sense of warmth, with the added detail of brass finishes. the bespoke vanity unity made from marble is the height of glamour. The large scale mirrored cabinets, open the space and reflect the light from the original victorian windows, with a view onto the pink blossom outside.

Mountainwood ConstructionWater room for two! With a double shower, double hinged glass door and free standing tub, this warm beige tiled water room is the hallmark of simple luxury. It also features a hidden niche, a hemlock ceiling and brushed nickle fixtures paired with a majestic view.
Drewett WorksIndoors, a white lithocast bathtub takes center stage in this limestone-clad master bathroom while the mountain crest gets all the glory outdoors. A two-sided fireplace integrated into the wall connects to a luxurious master bedroom.

Ann Lowengart InteriorsAnn Lowengart Interiors took a dated Lafayette Tuscan-inspired villa and transformed it into a timeless Californian ranch. The 5,045 Sq. Ft gated estate sited on 2.8-acres boasts panoramic views of Mt. Diablo, Briones Regional Park, and surrounding hills. Ann Lowengart dressed the modern interiors in a cool color palette punctuated by moody blues and Hermès orange that are casually elegant for a family with tween children and several animals. Unique to the residence is an indigo-walled library complete with a hidden bar for the adults to imbibe in.
Germano Creative Interior Contracting LtdThis renovation consisted of 2 washroom upgrades. We gutted the ensuite washroom and installed a new 72" vanity and top with an undermount sink and matching vanity mirror. We installed a a freestanding bathtub and faucet. An acrylic shower base was installed with a sliding glass door system and rain shower with a handheld slide bar. 12"x24" porcelain tile was installed for the ensuite floor, as well as for the shower walls. A basket weave accent border was installed in the shower and baseboard tile was installed throughout the washroom.
Crystal Kitchen + BathThese homeowners wanted to update their 1990’s bathroom with a statement tub to retreat and relax.
The primary bathroom was outdated and needed a facelift. The homeowner’s wanted to elevate all the finishes and fixtures to create a luxurious feeling space.
From the expanded vanity with wall sconces on each side of the gracefully curved mirrors to the plumbing fixtures that are minimalistic in style with their fluid lines, this bathroom is one you want to spend time in.
Adding a sculptural free-standing tub with soft curves and elegant proportions further elevated the design of the bathroom.
Heated floors make the space feel elevated, warm, and cozy.
White Carrara tile is used throughout the bathroom in different tile size and organic shapes to add interest. A tray ceiling with crown moulding and a stunning chandelier with crystal beads illuminates the room and adds sparkle to the space.
Natural materials, colors and textures make this a Master Bathroom that you would want to spend time in.
