Craftsman House, 1950 Ranch Transformation

If it weren't for the before pictures, it would be hard to imagine this was ever a 1950s Ranch. The addition of a second floor and Attic suite, new exterior finishes of stone, stucco and cedar siding, along with the large overhangs and balcony transformed this home. The sensitivity to period details, scale and material selections let this new old house stand with pride alongside its neighbors, given its new architectural integrity.
