Hinman ConstructionIn this master bath, we were able to install the Kohler Lithocast memoirs freestanding tub. Along with custom made floating shelves.
KSDesigns LLCThis modern farmhouse bathroom has an extra large vanity with double sinks to make use of a longer rectangular bathroom. The wall behind the vanity has counter to ceiling Jeffrey Court white subway tiles that tie into the shower. There is a playful mix of metals throughout including the black framed round mirrors from CB2, brass & black sconces with glass globes from Shades of Light , and gold wall-mounted faucets from Phylrich. The countertop is quartz with some gold veining to pull the selections together. The charcoal navy custom vanity has ample storage including a pull-out laundry basket while providing contrast to the quartz countertop and brass hexagon cabinet hardware from CB2. This bathroom has a glass enclosed tub/shower that is tiled to the ceiling. White subway tiles are used on two sides with an accent deco tile wall with larger textured field tiles in a chevron pattern on the back wall. The niche incorporates penny rounds on the back using the same countertop quartz for the shelves with a black Schluter edge detail that pops against the deco tile wall.

Decorating Den Interiors - Bromberek Design TeamIn this modest-sized master bathroom, modern and farmhouse are bound together with a white and gray color palette, accented with pops of natural wood. Floor-to-ceiling subway tiles and a frameless glass shower door provide a classic, open feel to a once-confined space. A barnwood-framed mirror, industrial hardware, exposed lightbulbs, and wood and pipe shelving complete the industrial look, while a carrara marble countertop and glazed porcelain floor tiles add a touch of luxury.
We were hesitant to add a custom bench seat in the shower, as we didn’t want to reduce the usable shower space in an already modest-sized bathroom, so we opted for a natural teak shower bench. A small niche was also added to store bath and body products.

Sayler StudioOur client has 5 kids that all need to happily share one bathroom. With this in mind, we designed a custom vanity that offered each kid their own drawer, and a few more to spare! We selected a beautiful blue-green painted wainscoting to add some whimsy to the space and a beautiful zillige tile in the shower to match. The flooring is vinyl with the look of warm oak wood, but the benefit of being waterproof and scratch resistant.

MP DESIGNRemodeled Master Bath (only bath in the condo). The tub was replaced with a new shower and a custom buiilt-in storage cabinet. The old pedestal sink was replaced with a new vanity, faucet, mirror, sconces. The old ceramic tile floor was replaced with new marble hexagon tile. The window glass was replaced with privacy glass.

Synergy Design & ConstructionThe old tub is replaced by a fully-tiled shower, complete with hand-shower, grab bar, and bench, for when older parents visit and stay in the Basement. The tub was removed for easy access, because when this shower is not being used by guests, it is usually put to work as a dog wash station!
T. Morgan Construction, Inc.The master bath and guest bath were also remodeled in this project. This textured grey subway tile was used in both. The guest bath features a tub-shower combination with a glass side-panel to help give the room a bigger, more open feel than the wall that was originally there. The master shower features sliding glass doors and a fold down seat, as well as trendy black shiplap. All and all, both bathroom remodels added an element of luxury and relaxation to the home.
