Colorfully Green - Kitchen
The owners of this 1941 brick colonial home wanted to remodel their home in as ecologically responsible a manner as possible. Existing energy efficient appliances, lights and plumbing fixtures were repurposed throughout the home. Rooms are happily painted with lots of red, yellow, violet and blue, all in low VOC paint. The kitchen countertops are recyled class and paperstone, and the floor is cork.
