Originally a near tear-down, this small-by-santa-barbara-standards beach house sits next to a world-famous point break. Designed on a restrained scale with a ship-builder's mindset, it is filled with precision cabinetry, built-in furniture, and custom artisanal details that draw from both Scandinavian and French Colonial style influences. With heaps of natural light, a wide-open plan, and a close connection to the outdoor spaces, it lives much bigger than it is while maintaining a minimal impact on a precious marine ecosystem. Greet your guests with a splash of unique charm in the entryway. A repurposed boat bench offers not just seating but a touch of whimsy, a nod to lakefront leisure. Above, three antique rowboat paddles are mounted on the wall, painted in soft green, seamlessly tying in with the room's palette. Below, a pastel antique rug softens the space, providing both color and warmth. This entryway is more than just a passageway—it's a welcome into a home where every piece tells a story.

This condo underwent an amazing transformation! The kitchen was moved from one side of the condo to the other so the homeowner could take advantage of the beautiful view. The Kitchen was originally tucked away in this small area. Moving allowed the homeowners to add 2 Wall mount Murphy Beds for additional company. It also adds a quiet space to read. The beams in the ceiling are not only a great architectural detail but they allow for lighting that could not otherwise be added to the condos concrete ceiling. The lovely crown around the room also conceals solar shades and drapery rods.

Built in 1900 - this Pacific Grove retreat home was in need of updating and elbow grease. The homeowners also needed a kitchen that could handle large family gatherings and corporate retreats. They chose to go with a bead board cabinet style that complimented the home's Victorian roots as well as offered modern conveniences such as Euro-Frameless hinging. Cabinetry by Ultracraft of North Carolina in their Hampton door style with Mullions on most upper cabinets. Countertops in Caesarstone's Calcatta Nuvo.
