Lucy Johnson Interior DesignSince the house has a view of Puget Sound, we created a dramatic, water inspired Powder room. Sandwiched between a stairwell and exterior wall, the only option to update this narrow space was to replace materials & plumbing. By installing a wall hung toilet and shallow wall hung vanity, we were able to make this narrow space feel larger. Using white modern sleek plumbing we were able to use dark accent colors to create a soothing space. Touched off with cascading amber glass lighting giving warmth to the cool palette.
Design IntuitionsThe small antique chandelier was the inspiration for this powder room, while the acrylic in the wall sconce and mirror add a touch of updated transitional style. The metallic grey wallpaper contrasts beautifully with the white vanity cabinet. The quartz counter top has subtle grey veining with a shaped backsplash and ogee edge and offers a nice backdrop for the polished nickel faucet. Brass on the mirror and sconce tie in nicely with the chinoiserie corner shelf, while framed fern art fill the need for just one piece of art. The powder room offers a space of elegance, if only for a moment!

Haven Design and ConstructionThis pretty powder bath is part of a whole house design and renovation by Haven Design and Construction. The herringbone marble flooring provides a subtle pattern that reflects the gray and white color scheme of this elegant powder bath. A soft gray wallpaper with beaded octagon geometric design provides sophistication to the tiny jewelbox powder room, while the gold and glass chandelier adds drama. The furniture detailing of the custom vanity cabinet adds further detail. This powder bath is sure to impress guests.

Dual Concept DesignAmazing 37 sq. ft. bathroom transformation. Our client wanted to turn her bathtub into a shower, and bring light colors to make her small bathroom look more spacious. Instead of only tiling the shower, which would have visually shortened the plumbing wall, we created a feature wall made out of cement tiles to create an illusion of an elongated space. We paired these graphic tiles with brass accents and a simple, yet elegant white vanity to contrast this feature wall. The result…is pure magic ✨
Confluence DesignThis amazing walnut wood mosaic backsplash extends up the wall to the 10' ceiling. A smoked-glass vessel sink and concrete-like quartz complement the walnut and turquoise furniture-like vanity with hairpin legs.
