正面には坪庭、右側には大きなシュークロゼット。
リビングダイニングルームは、大開口で屋外デッキとつながっているため、実際よりも広く感じられます。
100㎡以下のコンパクトな空間ですが、廊下などの移動空間を省略することで、リビングダイニングが少しでも広くなるようプランニングしています。
屋外デッキは、高い塀で外部からの視線をカットすることでプライバシーを確保しているため、のんびりくつろぐことができます。
家の名前にもなった『COCKPIT』と呼ばれる操縦席のような部屋は、いったん入ると出たくなくなる、超コンパクト空間です。
リビングの一角に設けたスタディコーナー、コンパクトな家事動線などを工夫しました。

A splash back was required to support the surface area in the vicinity, and protect the wallpaper. The curved bespoke vanity was designed to fit the space, with a ledge to support the sink. The wooden wall shelf was handmade using wood remains from the estate.
Heiser DesignsThis home in West Bellevue underwent a dramatic transformation from a dated traditional design to better-than-new modern. The floor plan and flow of the home were completely updated, so that the owners could enjoy a bright, open and inviting layout. The inspiration for this home design was contrasting tones with warm wood elements and complementing metal accents giving the unique Pacific Northwest chic vibe that the clients were dreaming of.
Drewett WorksThis homage to prairie style architecture located at The Rim Golf Club in Payson, Arizona was designed for owner/builder/landscaper Tom Beck.
This home appears literally fastened to the site by way of both careful design as well as a lichen-loving organic material palatte. Forged from a weathering steel roof (aka Cor-Ten), hand-formed cedar beams, laser cut steel fasteners, and a rugged stacked stone veneer base, this home is the ideal northern Arizona getaway.
Expansive covered terraces offer views of the Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish designed golf course, the largest stand of Ponderosa Pines in the US, as well as the majestic Mogollon Rim and Stewart Mountains, making this an ideal place to beat the heat of the Valley of the Sun.

Archetype Design Studio, LLCThis small Powder Room has an outdoor theme and is wrapped in Pratt and Larson tile wainscoting. The Benjamin Moore Tuscany Green wall color above the tile gives a warm cozy feel to the space
Fireclay TileA splash of Sorbet goes a long way in this modern powder room. The beautifully restrained row of 3x6 Ceramic Tile in this mellow melon shade around the sink adds a swath of color to the space, standing out against the dark accent wall.
