Simpson & VoyleThe ultimate powder room. A celebration of beautiful materials, we keep the colours very restrained as the flooring is such an eyecatcher. But the space is both luxurious and dramatic. The bespoke marble floating vanity unit, with functional storage, is both functional and beautiful. The full-height mirror opens the space, adding height and drama. the brushed brass tap gives a sense of luxury and compliments the simple Murano glass pendant.
TVL Creative Ltd.This project was not only full of many bathrooms but also many different aesthetics. The goals were fourfold, create a new master suite, update the basement bath, add a new powder bath and my favorite, make them all completely different aesthetics.
Primary Bath-This was originally a small 60SF full bath sandwiched in between closets and walls of built-in cabinetry that blossomed into a 130SF, five-piece primary suite. This room was to be focused on a transitional aesthetic that would be adorned with Calcutta gold marble, gold fixtures and matte black geometric tile arrangements.
Powder Bath-A new addition to the home leans more on the traditional side of the transitional movement using moody blues and greens accented with brass. A fun play was the asymmetry of the 3-light sconce brings the aesthetic more to the modern side of transitional. My favorite element in the space, however, is the green, pink black and white deco tile on the floor whose colors are reflected in the details of the Australian wallpaper.
Hall Bath-Looking to touch on the home's 70's roots, we went for a mid-mod fresh update. Black Calcutta floors, linear-stacked porcelain tile, mixed woods and strong black and white accents. The green tile may be the star but the matte white ribbed tiles in the shower and behind the vanity are the true unsung heroes.
Grandeur Hills Group,Inc.This powder room is decorated in unusual dark colors that evoke a feeling of comfort and warmth. Despite the abundance of dark surfaces, the room does not seem dull and cramped thanks to the large window, stylish mirror, and sparkling tile surfaces that perfectly reflect the rays of daylight. Our interior designers placed here only the most necessary furniture pieces so as not to clutter up this powder room.

Vision InteriorsThe best of the past and present meet in this distinguished design. Rounding out the offerings is the 1,960-square-foot lower level, where you can rest and recuperate in the sauna after a workout in your nearby exercise room. Kitchen & Bath GalleryThis elegant traditional powder room features the Queen Anne vanity by Mouser Custom Cabinetry, with the Winchester Inset door style and Cherry Mesquite finish, topped with Calacatta Gold marble top. The vessel sink is Kohler's Artist Edition in the Caravan Persia collection. The wall-mounted faucet is Finial by Kohler in the French Gold finish. The sconces are by Hudson Valley, Meade style and Aged Brass finish. The toilet is Kohler's Portrait 1-piece with concealed trapway. All of the tile is Calacatta Gold by Artistic Tile and includes 6x12 Polished on the wall, 1.25 Hexagon on the floor, and Claridges Waterjet cut mosaic with Thassos White Marble and Mother of Pearl shell.

Rande Leaman Interior DesignThe powder room combines several different textures: the gray stone accent wall, the grasscloth walls and the live-edge slab we used to compliment the contemporary vessel sink. A custom mirror was made to play off the silver tones of the hardware. A modern lighting fixture was installed horizontally to play with the asymmetrical feel in the room.
