Classic in Upland
This client purchased their home a few years ago from the original homeowner who actually had the neighborhood model home, we couldn’t wait to get started especially removing the 1970ks foil wallpaper, removing the gold formica countertops, and the burnt orange tile. The first thing on the list of to do‘s was to remove all the ceiling popcorn, and raise the kitchen drop ceiling at to be 9 feet. We then decided to remove the long peninsula but replace it with a 9 foot island which allows for traffic to walk around the island for better flow. White and Gray shaker cabinets, Calcutta style quartz, , and wood look tile floors were chosen for easy upkeep, strength and stability. What a difference this transformation made.
