Мастер спальня хоть и небольшая, но вмещает все самое необходимое и немного больше. Пространство спальни составлено из трех основных элементов. Во-первых, кровать с массивным мягким изголовьем. Во вторых, панель с паровым камином и ТВ напротив. В- третьих, встроенный платяной шкаф, объединенный панелью с двумя дверьми – в гостиную и в санузел. Благодаря этому, интерьер комнаты получился цельным, не раздражающим взгляд. В в спальне – кому –то нужен, кому-то - нет. Мнения заказчиков на этот счет расходились. Юлия хотела камин, Алексей – ТВ. Решением стал такой элемент интерьера. Лаконичный и цельный.

During this gut renovation of a 3,950 sq. ft., four bed, three bath stately landmarked townhouse in Clinton Hill, the homeowners sought to significantly change the layout and upgrade the design of the home with a two-story extension to better suit their young family. The double story extension created indoor/outdoor access on the garden level; a large, light-filled kitchen (which was relocated from the third floor); and an outdoor terrace via the master bedroom on the second floor. The homeowners also completely updated the rest of the home, including four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a powder room, and a library. The owner’s triplex connects to a full-independent garden apartment, which has backyard access, an indoor/outdoor living area, and its own entrance.

« L’esthétisme économique » Ancien fleuron industriel, la ville de Pantin semble aujourd’hui prendre une toute autre dimension. Tout change très vite : Les services, les transports, l’urbanisme,.. Beaucoup de personnes sont allés s’installer dans cette ville de plus en plus prospère. C’est le cas notamment de Stéphane, architecte, 41 ans, qui quitta la capitale pour aller installer ses bureaux au delà du périphérique dans un superbe atelier en partie rénové. En partie car les fenêtres étaient toujours d’origine ! En effet, celles-ci dataient de 1956 et étaient composées d’aluminium basique dont les carreaux étaient en simple vitrage, donc très énergivores. Le projet de Stephane était donc de finaliser cette rénovation en modernisant, notamment, ses fenêtres. En tant qu’architecte, il souhaitait conserver une harmonie au sein des pièces, pour maintenir cette chaleur et cette élégance qu’ont souvent les ateliers. Cependant, Stephane disposait d’un budget précis qu’il ne fallait surtout pas dépasser. Quand nous nous sommes rencontrés, Stephane nous a tout de suite dit « J’aime le bois. J’ai un beau parquet, je souhaite préserver cet aspect d’antan. Mais je suis limité en terme de budget ». Afin d’atteindre son objectif, Hopen a proposé à Stephane un type de fenêtre très performant dont l’esthétisme respecterait ce désir d’élégance. Nous lui avons ainsi proposé nos fenêtres VEKA 70 PVC double vitrage avec finition intérieur en aspect bois. Il a immédiatement trouvé le rapport qualité/prix imbattable (Stephane avait d’autres devis en amont). 4 jours après, la commande était passée. Stéphane travaille désormais avec ses équipes dans une atmosphère chaleureuse, conviviale et authentique. As https://midecor.co.uk/leave-a-review/ in this Master bedroom we find massive coating failing because previous painters was not applying any mist coat - we end up striping all lose coating from surface, do massive cleaning and starting all work again. I add so much work and so much problems what make us working 12h days to make sure we will deliver bespoke finish while client was on holiday.

This room starts with a feature wall of a metallic ombre grasscloth wallcovering in gold, silver and gray tones. This wallcovering is the backdrop for a beautifully upholstered gray velvet bed with a tufted headboard and some nailhead detailing on the sides. The layered luxurious bedding has a coverlet with a little bit of glam and a beautiful throw at the foot of the bed. The shams and throw pillows add a touch of glam, as well. We took the clients allergies into account with this bedding and selected something not only gorgeous but can be machine washed, as well. The custom rug has an eye-catching geometric pattern that makes a graphic statement. The quatrefoil Moroccan trellis has a lustrous finish with a tone on tone beige wool accent combining durable yet plush feel under foot. The three geometric shaped benches at the foot of the bed, give a modern twist and add sophistication to this space. We added crown molding with a channel for RGB lighting that can be switched to many different colors. The whimsical polished nickel chandelier in the middle of the tray ceiling and above the bed adds some sparkle and elegance to the space. The onyx oak veneer dresser and coordinating nightstands provide not only functional storage but an elegant visual anchor to this large master bedroom. The nightstands each have a beautiful bedside lamp made of crystal and champagne glass. There is a wall hung water fountain above the dresser that has a black slate background with lighting and a Java trim with neutral rocks in the bottom tray. The sound of water brings a relaxing quality to this space while also being mesmerized by the fireplace across from the foot of the bed. This new linear fireplace was designed with the ultimate relaxation space in mind. The sounds of water and the warmth and visual of fire sets the tone. The wall where the fireplace is was just a flat, blank wall. We gave it some dimension by building part of it out from the wall and used a reeded wood veneer that was a hint darker than the floors. A shallow quartz hearth that is floating above the floor was fabricated to match the beverage countertop and the mantle atop this feature. Her favorite place to lounge is a chaise with a soft and inviting low profile in a natural colored fabric with a plush feather down cushion. With its relaxed tailoring, it presents a serene, sophisticated look. His coordinating chair and ottoman brings a soft touch to this luxe master bedroom. The contrast stitching brings a unique design detail to these pieces. They are both perfect spots to have a cup of coffee and work on your next travel adventure details or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening with the perfect book. His side table is a round white travertine top with a platinum metal base. Her table is oval in shape with a marble top and bottom shelf with an antique metal finish. The beverage bar in the master has a simple, white shaker style cabinet with a dual zone wine/beverage fridge combination. A luxurious quartz top with a waterfall edge on both sides makes this a practical and luxurious place to pour a glass of wine or brew a cup of coffee. A piece of artwork above this area is a reminder of the couples fabulous trip to Italy.
