UserAfter living in their home for 15 years, our clients decided it was time to renovate and decorate. The completely redone residence features many marvelous features: a kitchen with two islands four decks with elegant railings, a music studio, a workout room with a view, three bedrooms, three lovely full baths and two half, a home office – all driven by a digitally connected Smart Home.
The style moves from whimsical to "girlie", from traditional to eclectic. Throughout we have incorporated the finest fittings, fixtures, hardware and finishes. Lighting is comprehensive and elegantly folded into the ceiling. Honed and polished Italian marble, limestone, volcanic tiles and rough hewn posts and beams give character to this once rather plain home.

Medford RemodelingThe new shower was just what the clients had envisioned. Beautiful blue glass tiles reach up to the ceiling, creating a bright accent wall and drawing the eye to the far end of the room. We installed our favorite Kohler Archer Alcove bathtub: it’s ergonomically taller and ideal for soaking. The clients chose a Delta hand held shower head in a chrome finish to match the faucets and hardware used on the vanity. A convenient matching grab bar was also installed for safe entry and exit from the tub. Strategically placed LED can lights provide ample light over the new shower and vanity, also improving the safety aspect of the room. Little additions, such as matching chrome robe hooks and a new vent fan were the perfect finishing touches for the remodeled bathroom.

South Bay Design CenterThis Manhattan Beach client had a wonderful eye for color and already had a clear vision of the style she wanted; she even brought her tile selection to our first meeting. South Bay Design Center brought her magnificent vision to life, making sure that all her wishes became reality. We used Dura Supreme furniture-style free-standing vanities in White, and Pental Quartz in Akoya for the countertops, bench seating and shower dam. We also incorporated quartz on the sides of the shampoo box. The client chose a blend of different shades of blue for one bathroom, and a blend of beige and sand for the other bathroom, to produce an sense of delicate elegance. Results: a pure and clean balance of color, function, and style with just a hint of extravagance.
