Côté salle de bain, notre équipe a dû relever un véritable défi : réaliser une douche et une baignoire dans cette pièce étroite en sous-pente. Coup de cœur assuré pour son atmosphère chaleureuse et naturelle apportée par les matériaux choisis.

Venetian terrazzo, in the characteristic version SB141 Multicolor Verona, was chosen for a private residence in the province of Verona. Terrazzo was used in a variety of applications, including flooring, kitchen countertops, and wall cladding in the bathroom. It is a prime example of the versatility of this elegant material. A part of Agglotech’s “Classico” line, the color selected features mid-sized chips of red Verona marble aggregate set in an ocher-colored cement base.

Natural elements were used with the stone vanity basin and reclaimed solid timber vanity top. This provided a rustic and organic feel and paid homage to Balinese artistry and craftsmanship. The mosaic hexagon wall tiles selected create a 3D protruding effect and with the neutral tone satisfied the desire for an element of elegance sought by the female client as well as providing a contrast to the dark charcoal adjacent wall and floor tiles. Placement of a new and larger window with opaque glass was incorporated to provide some harmony and enhance natural light
