Guenther Designs & Consulting LLCOn the rear of the house was a two story screen porch running 3/4 the length of the house. On the first floor we reduced the porch size by half, to relocate the new kitchen. We enclosed the entire second floor vaulted area of the screen porch to create a new walk in closet off the existing master bedroom. We also added a new modern bathroom for my client. She decided on two separate vanities with illuminated and anti-fog mirrors. A corner shower with hand head shower head was created and a new toilet added.
Jasmine McClelland DesignWith the downstairs en suite we decided to create a fresh and neutral bathroom, using a simple white tile with a geometric pattern to create some interest. The vanity was designed large enough to house all the essentials in a light oak finish, to keep things warm and textural.
Devine Bath & KitchenBasement master bathroom needed major style update including new closets, lighting, and a brand new bathroom. Large drop-in tub taking up too much space replaced by freestanding tub with floor mounted tub filler. Large two person shower with matte black fixtures. Furniture style vanity. Large hex tile floors.
Labra Design BuildThis bathroom features a double sink vanity with grey tile in a diamond pattern to visually improve the flow of the room. The walls feature marble looking porcelain tile floor to ceiling in the vanity area that flows right into the shower. The oval vessel sinks mimic the oval tub. Chrome Grohe fixtures and Jonathan Adler Versailles sconces accent are the icing on the cake.

Kowalske Kitchen & BathThe clients contacted us after purchasing their first home. The house had one full bath and it felt tight and cramped with a soffit and two awkward closets. They wanted to create a functional, yet luxurious, contemporary spa-like space. We redesigned the bathroom to include both a bathtub and walk-in shower, with a modern shower ledge and herringbone tiled walls. The space evokes a feeling of calm and relaxation, with white, gray and green accents. The integrated mirror, oversized backsplash, and green vanity complement the minimalistic design so effortlessly.

Kimball Starr Interior DesignFocusing here on the custom bow-front vanity with marble countertop and a pair of vertical wall sconces flanking the mirror over a single under-mount sink. The white and grey glass mosaic tile colors relate to this luxurious bathroom’s foggy Bay Area location, and the silver finish tones in. Vertical light fixtures either side of the mirror make for perfect balance when shaving or applying make-up. Oversized floor tiles outside the shower echo the smaller floor tiles inside. All the colors are working in harmony for a peaceful and uplifting space.
Cathie Hong InteriorsThis artistic and design-forward family approached us at the beginning of the pandemic with a design prompt to blend their love of midcentury modern design with their Caribbean roots. With her parents originating from Trinidad & Tobago and his parents from Jamaica, they wanted their home to be an authentic representation of their heritage, with a midcentury modern twist. We found inspiration from a colorful Trinidad & Tobago tourism poster that they already owned and carried the tropical colors throughout the house — rich blues in the main bathroom, deep greens and oranges in the powder bathroom, mustard yellow in the dining room and guest bathroom, and sage green in the kitchen. This project was featured on Dwell in January 2022.
