A rennovation and replacement extension to an existing Grade B Listed Townhouse. The new rear extension is conceived as a black shadow, cast from the original 'ink bottle' roof. The contrast of black zinc and white lime render; contemporary with traditional, makes 'old' and 'new' legible.
