Entering through the front door, most of the condo's 628 square feet can be seen in those first few seconds. In small spaces, an open plan gives a feeling of more volume, as do the light neutral colors on the walls.
The first big accent piece that strikes you is a large illustration by Cuban-American artist Ruben Toledo, who frequently works on commission for Nordstroms. Grabowski was given permission to bring home the two pieces by Toledo, after Nordstroms finished using them in an old window display.
