American Four Square Kitchen Reno
We wanted this kitchen to retain some of its American Four Square charm but have modern function and sensibility. Working around an old chimney was one of the challenges we faced. We also wanted to keep cabinets from an earlier renovation in the '80s and figure out how to use existing granite. Creating a bulkhead along the outside wall allowed us to run the electrical wires and put in the pendant lighting and some can lighting. We also added lighting under the cabinets. The lighting made a huge difference in the way this kitchen.looked and felt.
