One thing I hate is when bulkheads don't make sense. The bulkhead in this basement stopped midway - approx above the middle of the TV. By continuing the line of the bulkhead tidies up the area. We then added trim to the built-in doors, new hardware and beefed up the supports to give the existing built-ins more presence. Also created a new space for flat screen TV to fit. Radiant floor heating to combat a cold basement, new wood flooring, re-upholster existing furniture and client now has a warm cozy basement.
