The 12' x 12' breakfast room features a pine tongue and groove cathedral ceiling. Oak hardwood floors were finished in place with a Provincial matte finish. The breakfast area features a wide base cap with shoe molding, and RB3 casement molding at the window. The breakfast area adjoins the kitchen and has a door leading to the outside deck.
