Forget the grey and corporate ‘office supply catalogue’ look. When creating or improving a place to work at home, plan beyond how it will function and consider also how it will complement and blend with the rest of your home.
Where to start? Think lighting that’s beautiful enough for your living room; colour palettes; interesting artwork; fabulous furniture – and how you’re going to disguise those box files or reimagine your storage entirely. Take a look at these schemes to get some ideas.

i love colours from 3th project.
All these office spaces are amazing. I would love an office that looks like one of those above.
what does bother me about these stunning offices is they never show the reality of having a working office at home - the double monitors, the endless cables, the keyboards, the mouse etc. i’ve spent considerable time and effort on my office with keen eye for the details and i can assure any office used several days a week will not look like those above. Tips or an article on how to disguise all these necessay equipments would be great

I think the first home office is a fantastic space & aesthetically one of m favourites. My only concern is, whilst working on the iMac with the window behind you, one will undoubtedly be challenged by the light glaring on the screen from outside.
