I like the idea now of the raised splashback to prevent any marks being left on it when bench wiped down.
I like the integrated look.

I like the addition of the lower bench to eat off. It could be the same height as my dining table. Then it could be used as an extension to that table when I have visitors.
Butlers/farmhouse sink. Especially a double one.
Power point strips for some appliances only. If kettle or toaster are plugged in permanently you will see the cord dangling.
