Powder room concept. One layer of tile on bottom with shelf splitting the room. Use existing wallpaper on top. Not sure whether to use green or white? Wallpaper is mainly blue with some olive green in it. Do this on West and North walls and keep East and South walls GWB. Or...you could keep full tile as shown and use wallpaper over GWB walls...
