7. Small bar size sink on Island (maybe).
8. Coffee maker connected to water supply (like a Jura)
9. Water source next to stove.
10. Sink on wall next to window.
11. Door to deck (next to breakfast nook?) so easy access to BBQ.
12. Tile floor (maybe not depends on flow of house).
