Shows open floor plan concept (Kitchen to family room). Flooring choice is of interest and like the way they picked up the floor as accent in soffit over island, as well as in ceiling in family room. Seating area in family room similar to what we see in ours. Rectangular gas fireplace seems to position well between windows which are similar to what we have in place too.
