There is still a debate on the lay out of the open kitchen. this is what we are sort of talking about where we knock down the the upper half on the wall.

also thinking we should have an elevated extension of the bar.

looking at the island idea where foot space is recessed into the wall. also look at the sliding door.

so elegant with nice deep rich colors. again may need a bit of modernizing like in terms of the cabinet design. floor is great. imagine a white quartz top with dark green bottoms and the the lights can be white shade with gold embellishments. imagine a white island. this kitchen needs to be a bit modernized

the other way is to have plain floors but have the green and white tiles as the island facade

wall tiles should be plain but different shape to differentiate the texture
