Compact bath with tub. like tile all the way around toilet and sink. Would not want white though- too hard to keep clean.
Don't care for finishes but like the compact space.

Storage - flat panel doors
Compact desk area under stairs. Want cleaner feel but like use of space.
Area for tv
Stair case that kind of come down into the middle of the room
Sleeping space but more like couches
