This is a good overall idea, but with different door fronts and maybe drawers instead of cabinets.

I envision the window seats being simple with nice trim. Area for pillows or seating cushion - storage below if possible.

I envision something like this, but the 'counter' space would be taller and there would be no cabinets above. More like a piece of furniture. I like the detail around this piece. Would want to match the door style and hardware to the kitchen.

This is a good representation of the laundry area and mud room. I would want 4 separate areas - one for each child in the hook area. With cupboards underneath and storage above (with doors). I will also need some counter, storage and hanging bar on the laundry side as well.
