I've always liked this look. Long before it was considered okay, I liked it.

I Loooooove those huge kitchen windows!
I like the overhead light fixture the couches, the reading nook, the book shelves, the enormous mirror, the fireplace, the footstool, the pillows, the windows.....oh well just about everything I think.
Oopsie! and the couch, and the tripod lamp, and the floors, and the faucet, and the stove, and the countertop, and....

I like the upper part of these cabinets as displays. Personally, I would cover the bottom part. But that's just me! I really like the looks! Beautiful!
