don't like color, just look at wainscot
by contrast, see the chair rail with no difference in color above and below.
looks just like white it below the chair rail. thoughts?

this type of wainscot is often found in pics of bathrooms, although the other type is found in bathrooms too...
the nice thing is that this kind of wainscot matches the cabinets (shaker)
