Not my forte, but having struggled through my plan already here's a draft to consider. Given the distances involved, I used all 4 in lights. The general lighting may need to scoot a bit closer to the counter, but that's a bit more of a personal thing. I also suggested circuits: task, general, sink, and pendants. Some people also like recessed above the island, probably switched with the general lights. Dimmers would be good to help balance the layers as needed. Not sure what is to the right or bottom, so you may need more lights than pictured. I'm sure someone can do better, but more suggestions means more dialogue and thinking, so better final plan :-)
