Stone walls always catch my eye - what intrigues me more is the stove top being at the end of the island which is by the huge (pivoting?) glass doors the open to the outside. Have always thought an outdoor kitchen would be awesome... could this eliminate the cost of the additional kitchen? Hummmmmmm :)

Always working from the kitchen... really like the "high chair" desk :)

What I like about this is the ability to slide the doors from one side to the other - leaving shelves open that you need (a spice cabinet for instance) without a cabinet door swinging out I to the room & being in the way.
