Dark entryway w white surrounding flooring in other rooms - this would also be a very dramatic way to enter the house.

This may also look ok - some basic flooring - but I think there is a much larger space in our home than is seen in this landing, so it may look a little plain.

This carpet looks more plush than the other, but still has SOME texture/style to it. I think a flat plush carpet may be a little bland but don't know if this is too much.
