LOVE Modern Butler/Pantry...so stuff is off the counter that is open....can put dirty dishes in here when entertaining and not have to clean up.

Front maybe a bit more toned down, but back is more interesting where there is more privacy/less obtrusive to the neighboring houses from the street.....also like how using cantalervers and such in the back can create privacy/private patios etc.

The shape and feel are nice and the wings - kids rooms on one side/master on the other connected by a open hallway giving the main floor entertainment/family spaces a 2 story space...
