These pics are pretty much my kitchen as it was the day I moved in. Still looks very similar now, but hoping to work on this room in another year or so.
The blue carpet is kind of funky, but the hardwood below is in nice shape. I'll need to do some sanding & sealer on it. Until then, I'm keeping it covered up!!

This is next to the stairway. The bump out behind is the boiler exhaust chimney. Looks from the little plate on the wall like someone had a woodstove in here at some point! I actually did sort of like this old stove, but a couple burners died, so I Free-Cycled it. The doorway to the right goes downstairs to the left & either out the driveway door or another left goes to the basement.
