Perennial? Of all the non-hydrangea flowers I saw at the U Village garden store, this was my favorite

This would be different for me, but it’s a nice border combo

Hedge possibility?

Nice for a flowering shrub!

Interesting groundcover! Is this an annual/deciduous, or just water deprived. I like the shapes!

I like this combo—moss, rock, black mondo grass, and interesting feature plant—I think you saw hosts? Interesting!

Big white hydrangea! I like these as cut (and dried) flowers. This variety is a bit “rangey” and loose for my taste. I’ll keep looking…

Nice plant combo, although I’d prefer a white hydrangea

Waves/repetition. I don’t love this particular plant combo, rather the simplicity of the design. It feels organic more than formal.

Paver edge—organic but not chaotic. I realize this might be challenging in terms of how it meets the concrete path, but it might be a nice transition between the cut edge, tight steps and the looser stepping stones through the garden.
Vibe, grasses, mosses, shrubby little guys in front

I like the mounding heathers and some of their color possibilities

Colors and textures—I do like plummy reds with dark greens plus some chartreuse. I find the path side border bed too busy and would like this landscape even more if the border was just waves of 2-3 plants—or just one well-chosen groundcover

Textures, colors. I do like rocks, both pebbles and boulders.
I love all manner of hellebores
