Shape of hood vent gives good work light, but slim upper lets more window light through! Also, look at heating unit and high windows of their covered porch! Plus the porch ceiling height good. We could do v high indoor/outdoor room height. Do it, for more daylight.

Maybe put this on left side with microwave. But perhaps add Bread area here (left side) and put ovens on the right side, near stove.
