I have it narrowed down to 6 options - wide ranging. But maybe the first step is for you to tell me if any of these DON'T work. i.e. window above the door - is there space for that? Is there side window space? Is the side window space a requirement? Etc. In my mind, I haven't completely ruled out double doors, so tell me if there are any cons to double doors (I'm assuming one "con" is that two is more $$$ than one:-)
