plants by the fence?

Q

The shrub on the right is 'Blushing Pink' Knockout Shrub Rose. The perennials are 'Little Spire' Russian Sage in the rear and 'Happy Returns' Daylily in the front. There are other ornamental grasses, in addition to Sedum and Black-Eyed Susan along the fence to the left (out of the frame).
