how to solve for basement pantry?
Layout if we reduce the size of the current playroom??
Similar "transformation" for what it's worth?
Forget the carpet ... but option for built ins around the fireplace? and perhaps media center?
Could we open up current playroom and unfinished room and create a "master" space with a working (built in desk, or other) area, art area, workout area? Do we need walls?
Creative use of under stair storage (bonus!). Need to determine +/- of this vs. closet. Current storage used for sports equipment.
I like the idea of having an ironing board in basement near washer/dryer.
Like folding area. But don't want to be prohibitive for future appliances. Ours are 2008 and fine... but anticipate needing an upgrade in the next 5-10 years.
