Deck
I'd like to have the patio covered. From Alicia: You'll have two patios: one off the kitchen/dining room side and the other off the living room side. we can cover both or part of both. The intent is to have the second one look more like a patio than like a "deck," kind of the like the third picture here, where you wrote you like the "stepped up look." We can easily put a TV hookup outside like we have. And you can decide which one is more for eating (table and chairs) and which one might have TV and cushioned couch or chairs.
