Tidy cables are a must. I'll have Sheatehed cat 6e or above in every room and key locations.
Wifi is great but nothing beats a wired connection. So having cable tidy solutions in every room is likely to be essenital

Hate the size.
Love the window and light but would have a hard time in glaring sun or if I put up filing cabinets or large monitors. Wouldn't be able to see
