I’m no pro, but I do cook, and FWIW, 54” between the island and a cooktop is entirely too far. I don’t personally care what the various codes or designers claim, they aren’t chefs. Unless you have an army of people who have to walk behind you while you are cooking (and if you do, redesign the space so you don’t), you want to be able to turn around from the range and take no more than a step to get to the island where you are doing your prep. Anything more and it’s annoying. The MW in the island is annoying unless one decides on a drawer unit. Most families use the microwave second only to the fridge, and bending over / kneeling all the time stinks. I would put a wall oven under the cooktop and put the MW and Oven combo where that double oven shows. No bending for the MW, and people use two ovens at once usually about twice a year.
